The writer's mindset
The art of clear writing
In this workshop, we explore clear writing - what it is, why it's important and how to do it. Built around my five pillars of clear writing, participants practise techniques and tricks to immediately improve their writing. We also discuss how to use AI as a helpful tool and how to keep writing 'human'.
Business writing 101
This session is for people who need to adjust their style and approach for a business, corporate or government context. They might be starting their career, getting 'off the tools' or stretching into a management role. It is designed around six key questions to reframe purpose, structure, tone and language. It can be tailored to suit graduates or cohorts transitioning from one career to another. It is also a great refresher course.
From proposal to pitch
Converting a written proposal into a powerful presentation or pitch is a key leadership and management skill. This workshop explores converting clear writing into 'clear talking', using visual aids effectively and how to build your presence as a speaker.
Bespoke workshops
Sometimes 'the standard' doesn't quite meet everyone's unique writing and communication needs. I can design workshops or short sessions for specific audiences, or to focus on particular types of writing or steps the process. I can also be part of bigger programs, like induction programs.

Targeted coaching and support is tailored to your needs. It could include 1:1 coaching, targeted sessions for managers to build their confidence or review internal processes or having me spend time with the team to answer questions and work through 'live' writing challenges. Individual coaching is ideal for people who are time poor, have very clear goals or aren't comfortable learning in a group setting.
